Can you talk the talk with clients and get the best out of your crews?
How about experience? 2+ years of running jobs, can you meet a budget, identify change orders, mark areas to touchup and rework, keep the jobsite clean and productive?
Skills - Do you know what the differences are between Purdy, Wooster, Corona? Chinex vs Nylon? What is your favorite masking tape, high and low tack?
How about rigs? Graco, Titan, Avanti? When do you use a 210 tip vs a 515 tip?
Compensation - If you are still reading, then of course this is the big one! How much can I make? Answer, depends on experience, but expect to make $23 - $30/hr, maybe more if you can prove yourself! We also offer bonuses to foreman who can run jobs under budget! We pay 1 week's vaca for 1st year and 5 holidays. No other benefits yet, but looking to add for the future.
