Well established sign company in San Jose is looking for a Project Manager. We manufactures quality interior and exterior architectural signage for a diverse customer base. We strive for excellent customer service provided by a cohesive team.
Sign shop experience is preferred for this position
- Capability and history of deadline driven results
- Gracious and prompt customer interaction and follow-up
- Professional demeanor in client situations
- Ability to organize tasks, determine priorities, and attend to details
- Must be an organized, independent worker with good time management skills
- Ability to read plans a plus.
Day to day will include:
- Account management -assist in follow up production and delivery
- Billing - make sure all projects get billed
- Follow up with status of contracts, submittals and approvals
- Move projects into production
- Answer phones
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Some overtime and/or early starts are required in this position. This position will start as a contract opportunity and grow into a long term opportunity.
