I'm looking for a General Contractor in Boulder, CO who would be willing to help the homeowner and me complete the permit application process for a residential basement finish.
The basement is mostly complete, but they want one area completed and turned into an office. We have architectural drawings for the whole basement. The completion would include building a divider wall, adding a couple additional outlets and ceiling lights, drywall, painting, etc.
I own a handyman/remodeling business and we will do all the labor. I also have a licensed electrician on staff. The homeowner plans on pulling the permit, but we can discuss that if you'd like. I'm looking to pay someone for their time and experience to help us with the permitting process. I get a lot of jobs requests like this, but since I don't have a GC license, I am not familiar with getting all the paperwork together to complete these jobs.
I'm looking for a long-term partner who would be willing to work with us on this. Although you wouldn't make as much as managing entire projects, if we can establish a good working relationship, I can generate a lot of work like this for you.
