I am looking for an experienced home framing (contracting) crew to add two additions to an existing cabin. Also, looking for crew to deconstruct two older additions on same cabin, both roughly 12x12.
Existing cabin will be renovated as well and this can be bid separately or together with the two additions.
Home is located in the Allenspark area off of 7 hwy.
Experienced framers/carpenters who will need to work from plans and according to Boulder County requirements. (must pass inspections).
Need roughed in framing, windows & exterior doors installed - ready for shingles. Passing county inspection.
Installing siding can be an option.
Liability insurance will be required and proof of insurance provided by you.
Time table: to begin late fall
Plans provided, materials provided. Breakdown: 244sf deconstruct, 520sf existing (optional remodel), 836sf new main (rough in framing in the dry)
