Custom Solar is looking for Lead Installers experienced in the solar industry. Our ideal candidate would have experience working in the solar industry and construction experience. Experience leading a team of installers is helpful. This position starts at $18/hour and offers paid holidays and vacation. There is plenty of room for growth in the solar industry and we are looking for candidates who wish to move up in the company.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in solar
Clean driving record
Motivated self-starter, positive attitude and eager to learn
Professional appearance, punctual, and organized
Comfortable working safely on rooftops
Prior construction experience
NABCEP Certification a plus
