Our salon home has an industrial glam vibe with a fun and modern atmosphere! Our owners have had a close relationship for over 35 years, the ultimate testament of a good partnership and business.
From the very first vision of our dream salon was to lead by example. We have built a safe place for all stylists in an industry that can be quite cutthroat. Together we create a group of real-life people who want to do life with us, side by side!
Our company is the ultimate example of women lifting other women to get to where they are going! We consider our style of business as a Stylist Based Building of Your Brand! As much as we love the independence of our professional careers, it helps to have a team to fall back on. We pride ourselves in having a team based with a family mindset. We are here to help you grow! Life happens, we expect it, we always get through things together. Our amazing stylists are the most down to earth, loving and incredibly talented women! Some of our stylists have been with us over a decade, our home is perfect place for someone who wants to plant roots! Each one of our stylists has their own style, vision of success, and goals. We take pride in guiding when requested! We are very supportive of each other, helping whenever is needed.

Whether you are an ultra-trend follower or a relaxed stylist, we all have our way! All of them are wonderful and ours is made up of all kinds of vibes. We have had the tried-and-true method of keeping it simple. Truly if the person in your chair is happy and you are making the money you want the rest falls into place.
What we expect from you as a member of our crew, all very simple but equally important.
We do require a non-negotiable stance on sanitation for your own station and surrounding area.
The common areas in the salon are cleaned and maintained regularly. We do not require sanitation chores, or fees.
We also ask that you respect our property the best you can. We absolutely expect normal wear and tear in our industry. The salon should be treated as if was your home.
Out of common curiosity and respect for everyone we ask the shampoo stations shall be cleaned and disinfected! Ready for the next stylist/client.
Laundry on site. We provide all the linens, but we ask that you help keep our supplies going. Washing, drying, and folding.
Respect. Respect everyone's time and space.
As far as our snacks, beverages, and supplies. We keep it simple, if you use it, contribute towards it, or replace.
Our Position Structure
Apprentice/ Assistant
-Hourly pay
-Paid weekly
-We will help you build your clientele towards a full book with consistent clients
-Commissions will be paid out retail products sold
-On the spot training and assistance. One of the owners is always on-site during business hours and always here to help. Industry based learning with experience is at your fingertips!
-We like for everyone to be comfortable with their cutting equipment and styling tools. Those will be the only thing you will need to supply
-Gratuity is always yours, you do the service, you get the extra love for you!
Commission Stylists Benefits
-Commission will be a flat 49%
-Paid weekly
-We will help you build your clientele towards a full book with consistent clients
-For the first year we will supplement with hours until you hit the $500 per week minimum
-We will help you navigate if booth rent is an option you would like to explore
-Commissions will be paid out retail products sold
-On the spot training and assistance. One of the owners is always on-site during business hours and always here to help. Industry based learning with experience is at your fingertips!
-We like for everyone to be comfortable with their cutting equipment and styling tools. Those will be the only thing you will need to supply
-Gratuity is always yours, you do the service, you get the extra love for you!
Booth Rental Options
All booth renters are required to have proof of license and proof of insurance. Checks are required to be put into the cash register on the first day of the week you are in. We do not cash your checks until the following week, so rest assured it will not be cashed early.
Basic Booth
$300 per week
This option will provide you with
-Booth, chair, and comfortable floor mats
-Electricity
-Water
-Back bar shampoo & conditioner
-Capes and towels
-Janitorial services in common areas (you are 100% in charge of keeping your station clean)
-Laundry (out of respect for our salon we ask you help fold the towels)
-Lots of personal storage at station and in the backroom
-Commissions on retail products sold
-Loyalty program of free weeks and/or discounts on retail products sold
This is a good option if you would like to test out being independent with some extra guidance and help if needed. We will help you continue to build your clientele. A great way to test out the independence of owning your brand
You will have access to the building during normal business hours
Tuesday-Friday 9-7 Saturdays 9-5
Committed To Your Booth
$350 per week
This option provides you with
-Booth, chair, and comfortable floor mats
-Electricity
-Water
-Full back bar shampoo and conditioner and styling aids
-Capes and towels
-Janitorial service in common areas (you are 100% in charge of keeping your station clean)
-Laundry (out of respect for our salon we ask you help fold the towels)
-Lots of personal storage at station and in the backroom
Additional benefits to this option are
-Extra weeks free and/or discounts off rent
-Higher commissions off retail products sold
This is a good option if you like independence with commission-based benefits. We consider this option as a commitment to your business and ours!
You will have access to the building during normal business hours
Tuesday- Friday 9-7 and Saturdays 9-5
Invested in the business
$400 per week
Which provides you
-Booth and chair
-Electricity
-Water
-Full back bar shampoo and conditioner and styling aids
-Capes and towels
-Janitorial service in common areas (you are 100% in charge of keeping your station clean)
-Laundry (out of respect for our salon we ask you help fold the towels)
-Lots of personal storage at station and in the backroom
Additional benefits to this option are
-Extra weeks free and/or discounts off rent, on top of our Loyalty program
-Higher commissions off retail sold
-You will have a key and full access to the salon 24/7
-Consideration to buy into the business
This is a great option for a stylist to go all in. We consider this to be the ultimate next step for your brand, complete independence of our salon while still having a family to fall back on.
