Are you an ambitious individual based in Boulder with a passion for helping others? Star Expertise is looking for motivated sales reps to distribute free StandUp Wireless phones and services through the Lifeline program. Our program offers free phones and services to anyone with in-state benefits such as food stamps, Medicaid, Section 8, SSI, and more. This is an incredible opportunity to make a difference in people's lives while enjoying a flexible and rewarding job.
What We Offer:
Free to Customers: All phones and services are completely free for eligible customers.
Flexible Work: Set your own hours and work anywhere that attracts our customers.
High Earning Potential: Earn $2.25 per point, which amounts to $13.50 per successful activation. With the right location and strategy, you can easily make $500 in two days or one day for highly ambitious reps.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribute StandUp Wireless phones and services to eligible individuals.
Find and work in high foot traffic areas like intersections, parking lots, shelters, food banks, and free events.
Be creative in finding and setting up new locations and marketing tactics.
Work independently to achieve sales targets.

Ideal Candidate:
Personal Traits: Independent, approachable, creative, intelligent, level-headed, kind, attentive, and result-driven.
Requirements: Must have a car for transportation.
Passion for Helping: Someone who is happy to help those less fortunate get back on their feet.
Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is a major plus and will help you excel in this role.
Compensation:
Per Activation: $13.50 per successful activation (each customer takes approximately 7 minutes).
Hourly Potential:
2 phones an hour: $27
3 phones an hour: $40.50
4 phones an hour: $54
5 phones an hour: $67.50
6 phones an hour: $81
7 phones an hour: $94.50
Incentives: Weekly and monthly incentives for top sales reps.
Additional Benefits:
Potential for Higher Pay: If the Affordable Connectivity Program comes back into funding, expect even better pay.
Comprehensive Training: After a successful interview, you will undergo onboarding, background check, compliance training, and one day of on-location training.
