This is a full-time, hourly (non-exempt) role with commission-based incentives and strong potential for long-term upward mobility based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate relationships daily through savvy, diplomatic communication
Lead proactive follow-ups, responses, and service requests across large client portfolios, primarily via phone, email, and video conferencing
Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients and manage data within CRM system workflows
Generate, update, and refine sales documentation, communications, and client records
Serve humbly as a reliable liaison, responding to incoming client inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Champion initiatives that meet or exceed individual, team, and corporate sales goals and KPIs
Collaborate across departments with a “take care of each other first, then our clients” mindset
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in sales support, logistics coordination, or customer service
Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel—or a demonstrated aptitude to learn quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of accounts with precision
Quick learner, deadline-driven, and obsessively detail-oriented
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation
Associate degree or higher (preferred but not required)

Pay Range: $24.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
Location: On-site (U.S.-based office; no travel required)
