Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and hard-working Bilingual (Spanish) Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new customers, helping to close deals that meet client needs while driving company revenue.

Responsibilities:
Close sales with qualified Spanish-speaking leads to generate new business and meet customer needs.
Track and report on sales cycle progress to ensure customer acquisition goals are met.
Maintain the customer database with accurate, up-to-date information on past, current, and potential clients.
Upsell additional services where possible to achieve the best deal for the client and the company.
Qualify all incoming and transferred leads to ensure they meet sales criteria.
Follow up with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication channels to move them through the sales pipeline.
Clearly explain our services and fee structure to prospective clients.
Collect, review, and prepare documentation for new prospects and clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred).
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in tax resolution sales or related fields
Licensing: Must be willing to obtain an Enrolled Agent (EA) license in good standing with the IRS
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
Consistently closing deals that can contribute to more than $200,000 in annual earnings.
Proven track record in sales, particularly in closing deals and achieving targets.
Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline filled with highly qualified prospects.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
