Vafels offers plant-based versions of European-style wafels in Boulder County at wholesale, nationwide. Vafels is looking for a reliable, competent team-player. This role will report directly to the CEO and founder, daily. See more about Vafels at www.vafels.com.
Manager: Accounts & Operations
Hybrid: 50% on-site in Longmont, CO and 50% remote. This is a full-time position. You will need your own transportation and this position requires you working on site from our office approximately 4hrs daily.
Responsibilities
Accurate product fulfillment
Pallet Assembly
Pick and pack
Occasional Delivery - UPS/USPS/FedEx/DHL/Local Distributors between Denver and Longmont
Inventory management
You are responsible for accurate inventory management
Customer Service
Customer service emails and calls
Account Management
Customer outreach
Customer order entry
Invoicing
Accounts Receivable
Order Entry: Direct-to-consumer, retailer, direct and distributor
Sales
Outreach & Prospecting new retail and wholesale accounts
You're a good fit if you are:

Familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, Quickbooks, Canva, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Comfortable operating a forklift
Experienced working in a startup environment a plus

Accountable, on-call and thrive on getting things done, even if that means extra time
Comfortable wearing many hats where no two days are the same
Comfortable lifting 25lbs
Trustworthy working independently from your own laptop and competently operate on-the-move with a smartphone.

You enjoy working with a camera and can contribute occasional media assets
You can take on digital marketing profile management
This is not a temporary position. This is a 1099, independent contractor position requiring a minimum of 40hrs/week where you can deduct your own work-related expenses.
Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience ranging from $20/hr - $25.00/hr with commission upside on directly-attributed sales.
