Deckers is hiring for Customer Service Representatives to assist in the upcoming Holiday season for the UGG shoe brand. Representatives will be helping customers with current and future orders and the ultimate goal is to make sure the customer is taken care of at the end of the call.
Qualifications:
-Customer service experience (does not have to be call center, retail, restaurant, fast food OK!)
-Must be reliable
-Strong phone presence
