Stockroom & Fulfillment Coordinator Job Description
Location: Boulder & Denver, CO
Reports to: Inventory Manager
Schedule: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week, Tuesday–Saturday)
Compensation: Starting at $19/hr + 40% off groceries
Nude Foods Market is not your typical grocery store—we’re a bold, mission-driven startup revolutionizing how people shop. We deliver local, organic groceries and meals in zero-waste, reusable containers, and operate storefronts in Boulder and Denver.
As the Stockroom & Fulfillment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, high-quality deliveries and that our Denver store is always fully stocked from our Boulder depot. This role blends inventory coordination, fulfillment, restocking, and driving — and is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What the role will involve:
Order Fulfillment & Packing
Review customer orders and accurately pick items from store shelves
Pack customer orders with precision — accuracy is key to customer satisfaction
Communicate with customers about missing items or substitutions when needed
Support incoming deliveries by receiving and organizing inventory
Stock Transfers & Driving
Transport inventory between Boulder and Denver locations (at least every other day)
Pick up products directly from local vendors and suppliers
Run operational errands as needed
Drive a Nude Foods van safely, maintaining a clean driving record
Restocking & Stockroom Organization
Stock shelves in both locations, ensuring products are well-presented and easy to find
Keep the stockroom and store spaces organized, clean, and aesthetically pleasing
Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock to the Store & Fulfillment Manager

You are:
Incredibly detail-oriented and organized
Able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
A safe, reliable driver with a clean driving record
A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
Positive, adaptable, and comfortable with repetitive tasks
Someone who takes pride in efficiency and accuracy
Ideally You Have:
Food-related experience (ServSafe Food Handler card a plus)
Previous experience in retail, stockroom, or warehouse operations
Familiarity with sustainable or zero-waste practices (bonus points!)

Hours: 30–40 hours/week, Tuesday–Saturday schedule

Paid Sick Leave, 1 hour for every 30 hours worked up to 48 hours per year.
Paid Time Off (PTO) of 1 hour for every 52 hours worked up to 40 hours in Year 1 (up to 80 hours in Year 2, 120 hours in Year 4, and 160 hours in Year 6). The maximum PTO an employee can accrue at any time is the amount he/she is eligible for in that year.
4 Paid Holidays per year (New Year’s Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day)
$100 monthly allowance towards tax-deductible supplemental benefits you choose.
Employer-Matching 401(K) up to 4% of gross wages each pay period.
