We are a catering and personal chef company focused on organic, nutrient-rich meals tailored for individuals with food sensitivities, health goals, and busy lifestyles. We’re seeking a highly organized and adaptable team member who’s comfortable wearing many hats and helping our growing business run smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities include:
- Printing and organizing labels for deliveries
- Assisting with email marketing and newsletters
- Creating and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Email marketing
- Onboarding new clients and maintaining client records
- Making deliveries if needed
- Assisting in the kitchen with light prep or packing when needed
- Responding to emails and customer inquiries
- Organizing weekly menus and communications
- Supporting with general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with Google Drive, Canva, and social media platforms
- Creative eye for simple design and branding is a plus
- Able to work independently and manage shifting priorities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Interest in food, wellness, or nutrition is a bonus
- Must be comfortable in a small, fast-paced kitchen and office setting
