We’re looking for an individual who’s interested in supporting our non-profit. Your multitasking skill set will be challenged managing daily operations, developing connections to support fundraising, community partnerships, event coordination, volunteer management, answering emails, phone calls and most of all bringing a ray of happiness to the families we serve.

MISSION STATEMENT

Empower. Support. Connect. To support families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit {NICU} through facilitated support groups, provide grants for insured families who spend 4 weeks or more in the NICU to help obtain therapies that support the wellbeing of their child(ren) or to ease the burden of medical debt. Love for Lily provides services and essentials to help families to thrive during and after life in the NICU.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Data entry & Salesforce Updating: The biggest areas for this are Boots & Bling and Colorado Gives

Keeping invoices up to date for Bookkeeper: keeping track of invoices and categorizing them

Donation request outreach: researching different companies and consistently making donation requests for essential’s bag items and holiday gift items

Essentials Bags Inventory and Maintenance: keeping inventory, ordering items, requesting donated items, organizing, and tracking expiration dates.

Scheduling wisdoms on Mama the App

Sending texts through the Google Voice Number

Distributing surveys (families, medical teams, conference attendees)

Coordinating with hospitals: Send email the 3rd week of each month regarding group schedule

Shipping: Making labels, getting things ready to send out

Volunteer support: Assisting with volunteer event planning and keeping track of volunteer tasks that need to be done. Supporting Volunteer Coordinator to ensure bracelet kits are ready and supplies are sent out as needed

Sending out Thank you cards, birthday cards, etc. in a timely manner

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

The ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Comfortable on the phone with all types of individuals

Writing Letters; whether writing letters to potential donors, thank you notes, making requests, or communication with the families we serve, communication in writing is key.

Proficient at calendar coordination

Organized and detail oriented

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to learn and grow in this role

Microsoft office & teams experience

Salesforce experience is a plus, must have a willingness to learn

Canva experience or similar software is a plus, but not necessary

Innately models the care, compassion, and support reflective of Love for Lily’s values and mission.

Thinks strategically with the ability to put plans into action

COMPENSATION

This is a paid position 20 hours a week compensation starting at $16 - $18 per hour
