PS Audio is seeking an Inventory Associate to keep detailed records of inventory, including quantities, locations and descriptions. This position monitors inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock is available to meet demand and prevent stock outs.
Essential Functions
Pull/make production kits. These kits must be pulled 24 hours prior to the build to ensure that we have all the items needed to maintain the production schedule and to stay ahead of the production team
Manage Minimum Parts Requirement (MRP) for production hardware and replenish prior to shortage
Communicate with the hardware manufacturer to maintain stock
Maintain and update detailed inventory records
Pull parts for the production and warranty teams
Record inventory transactions
Responsible for organizing warehouse spaces, labeling of new incoming materials
Use of MAS to track inventory and generate reports
Perform cycle counts
Collaborate with different departments to identify low stock or stock issues
Other Functions
Back up for physical receipt of deliveries for all incoming carriers and containers using the stacker, forklift, or by hand
Back up for storage of items in their proper location
Back up for Receipts of Goods (ROG)
