Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team for precise assembly work.
The role involves:
Performing sub-assemblies and final assemblies
Inspecting your own work as well as the work of others
Working under a microscope or magnifying glass (experience required)
Demonstrating strong hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity
Following procedures and documenting processes, adhering to GMP standards
Assisting in packaging final goods
Keeping up to date with online training in the Quality Management System
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in the medical device industry preferred
Computer-aided experience is a plus
Willingness to be trained on laser welding equipment
Experience working with robots and specialized equipment
Shift & Pay:
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay: $20-$24/hour (depending on relevant experience)
The ideal candidate must be willing to follow procedures meticulously and document their work accurately. Experience doing precision assembly is essential.
