We're hiring a talented, experienced social media intern to join our dynamic team and help us increase viewership and enrich subject matter discussions around our thought-provoking talk shows featuring experts in politics, law, medicine, entertainment, public policy, and more!
What You'll Do:
Manage the show’s social media accounts and post content.
Create the content calendar to follow the viewing schedule.
Brainstorm campaign ideas.
Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Understand the overall concept of the show, including Aaron’s brand and audience.
Engage with viewers to spark discussions around show topics
Provide suggestions to management for improving audience experience on social platforms.
Learn and become proficient on internal software systems.
Assist in creating performance reports.

To qualify, you'll ideally possess:
Strong proficiency with creating posts that perform on Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Basic Photoshop or Canva skills
Exemplary skills in writing engaging posts and creating photo layouts for social media
Bonus points for photography skills with capturing candids on the talk show set
The ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A positive attitude and a hunger to learn.
