Job Description Overview:
Cuore, a leading global supplier of performance custom cycling, triathlon, and run apparel, is seeking an experienced Global Marketing Manager to lead and execute our global marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, team leadership, and a proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns. This role is critical to our company's success, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple channels. The right leader will be able to lead a small team, set strategy and also perform multiple tactical responsibilities.
Key Requirements + Responsibilities
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness while growing market share and revenue
Lead Cuore and our other businesses to our next level brand awareness and market share in our key areas
Oversee all marketing projects from conceptualization to execution, including PR, photography/video for all content, creation of sales tools, necessary campaigns including email, social and e-commerce related
Build, plan and implement overall digital marketing strategy for all global markets, stay current with latest technology and best practices
Manage online platforms including all internal and external websites while having proven experience to oversee SEO and Google Analytics, digital marketing, social media and other trending platforms
Oversee Marketing budgets, ROI, KPIs and ensure effective allocation of resources
Work closely with our product and sales teams to meet global needs, enhance customer satisfaction and keep the business relevant
Align with all key CoLAB partners, sponsored teams, athletes and events to ensure best possible outcomes for brand, revenue and business
Solid knowledge of web analytics, Google Adwords, Shopify (Plus)
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Strategic mindset, with ability to perform day to day tasks across multiple areas of marketing and brand building
Proven team leadership skills to unite, clarify and execute global plans across our 5+ sales offices and markets around the world
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Global marketing experience, particularly working with UK, Switzerland, German, Australian and Asian markets
Full Time Position – in person @ Cuore office required. Small travel – US + International
