Seasonal property management in Maine

We are looking for a motivated individual or couple to help manage properties through the summer in Maine. There is also the opportunity to start here in Boulder with some building and remodeling through the month of April. Duties will include managing upkeep and maintenance of multiple rental properties including landscape, interior/exterior of homes, land clearing and development of garden beds and small animals as well as managing some maintenance and upkeep of a chartered sailboat. There is an opportunity to sail the Maine coast through our charter business as well. No previous experience is necessary. BeginsApril/may through summer with options to continue into fall and winter.
