Job Description: Mobile Car Wash Technician
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Car Wash Technician to join our team. As a mobile technician, you will travel to customers’ locations to provide high-quality car washing, cleaning, and maintenance services. This role requires excellent customer service, time management, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer locations to perform exterior and interior car washing and cleaning.
Use specialized cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
Inspect vehicles before and after service to identify areas that need special attention.
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, window cleaning, waxing, tire shining, and carpet shampooing.
Handle customers’ vehicles with care to prevent damage.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, vehicle, and supplies.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage time efficiently to meet appointments and service multiple customers per day.
Collect payments and maintain records of services provided.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or automotive services is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move equipment, bend, and stand for long periods.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle care and maintenance is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work environment; must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
Use of company-provided mobile vehicle and cleaning equipment.
