Job Description:
As a member of our landscaping crew, you will work to maintain and transform outdoor spaces. This position requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. You must have your own transportation.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, sod laying, watering, and installation of irrigation systems.
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding to ensure the health and aesthetic appeal of landscapes.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely, including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and other hand tools.
Participate in the preparation and clean-up of job sites to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Follow environmentally responsible landscaping practices and promote sustainable solutions.
Assist in client consultations by providing support and basic information during site visits.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements:
Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform strenuous tasks.
Basic knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques preferred.
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Commitment to safety standards and experience handling landscaping equipment.
Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is a plus.
Supplying your own tools is a plus.
