Growing Guild is hiring experienced landscape gardeners and installation team for the 2024 season! Calling those passionate about making a positive impact working with the earth throughout our Front Range seasons from now until mid-November.
Are you excited about native plants, building soil, growing food, nurturing habitat for bees, fire resilient living systems, soil health, drought tolerance, birds and land-loving humans?
We focus on the edges, blending intentionally tended zones with supporting the wild, in properties throughout Boulder County from Boulder Canyon to Lyons, Lafayette, Longmont, Hygiene, Boulder and throughout Boulder County. Growing Guild uses ecological landscape maintenance strategies, organic soil amendments (never chemicals), and implements permaculture principles in site management and design.
Our season has begun as we prepare garden plots new and existing, forge inviting pathways, plant trees, erect trellis, and raised beds and beyond.
Wages start at $23/h depending on experience. Hours of operation are Mon-Thu, 9a-4:30p with some overflow days on Fridays. Hiring folks available 3-4 of these days per week.
