We are seeking an entry level CNC machinist to join our team! This is an opportunity for someone who recently completed a CNC course, someone with any type of machine operating experience, or someone who has experience but has not machined in a while. This company is one of the few left in the country that will offer you opportunities to grow from operator jobs all the way up to programming and even further than that.
Job Description:
- Operation of various CNC mills and lathes
- Operation of a metal saw and bench grinder
- Identifies work to be done by following standardized communication procedures.
- Resolves routine questions and problems, refers complex issues to higher levels.
- Ensures product and process quality is maintained through visual inspection, measuring instruments and testing as required.
- Performs preventative maintenance on, and ensures calibration of, equipment, tools, and fixtures, as required.
- Willingly participates in inter and/or intra departmental job rotations as needed.
Qualifications:
-0-3 years of experience
-Machine operating experience such as saws or production machinery
-Mechanical aptitude
Shift
- Second Shift Only right now: 4pm to 2am Monday - Thursday
