Greta Vowell and Dressage Pacifico at Windswept Farms Dressage are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic horse person to join our team in Longmont, Colorado.
We’re seeking someone who:
Has hands-on experience working with horses
Possesses strong communication skills
Is passionate about continuous learning and improvement
Can work independently, take initiative, and stay on task
Is detail-oriented and tuned in to each horse’s physical, mental, and behavioral well-being
Primary responsibilities include:
Grooming, tacking, bathing, clipping, and doing laundry
Maintaining a clean, organized barn environment
Depending on experience, additional duties may include:
Show grooming
Administering treatments, medications, icing, and laser therapy post- training
Preparing feed and supplements
Coordinating with vets, farriers, bodyworkers, and other support professionals
