Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a willingness to learn and assist with various aspects of construction and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will support skilled remodelers in delivering projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers in various remodeling tasks, including demolition, construction, and cleanup.
Transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment on multiple job sites.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Support the team in ensuring projects are completed on time.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Be open to learning new skills and techniques related to construction and remodeling.
Fill out daily work reports using Slack
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
