General laborer

Small contracting business looking for a full-time position with interior remodeling. This is a starting position with long-term potential and growth. Position requires that individuals that are hired create or have their own LLC to be hired as a contractor which may result in higher pay on performance. This position will pay either by the hour or by contract per project. This is a team based position with a 60 day trial period. Skill level is minimal as a general laborer who must pay attention to details, dependability, listening, and following instructions. preferred skills, dealing in tile, flooring, drywall, painting, material handling, cleaning.
