JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Positive attitude

Love to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically fit and able to lift 45+ lbs safely
Willingness to learn and be part of a team
Reliable transportation to job sites in Lyons and Boulder area.
WAGES
GENERAL LABOR starts at $20 to $23 per hour, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.
Skilled SPECIALISTS start at $24-$30 per hour.
→Design positions are hired internally from people with Urban Oasis field experience
→Long-term employees that contribute to the growth of Urban Oasis enjoy profit sharing
