You must be tough and smart, communicative and willing to work in difficult weather conditions. Over time, if you show interest, our many long-tenured Certified Arborists will train you to be a climbing arborist. But first you have to pay your dues, and that means mostly drag and chip brush, load logs, rake yards, run ropes, etc. We support our employees' attainment of industry recognized credentials: Certified Arborist, Certified Tree Safety Professional, Certified Tree Worker/Climber Specialist, Qualified Supervisor, Qualified Tree Risk Assessor, and others.
