Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Special Needs

Key Responsibilities:
Companionship & Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and companionship, encouraging positive social interactions and promoting mental well-being.
Community Integration: Assist clients in navigating community resources and participating in social activities that foster inclusion.
Health Monitoring: Keep an eye on clients' health, and report any changes or concerns to healthcare providers and family members.
Safe Living Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client, following all safety protocols.
Medical Support: Administer first aid as needed
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in home health care, hospice care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, Massage big plus
Skills: Knowledge of first aid practices and medication administration is essential.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Compassionate Nature: A genuine desire to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in diverse environments.
Transportation: Reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
Additional Details:
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
