Oral Surgery Dental Assistant needed for fast paced oral surgery office. We are a three doctor practice in the Boulder and Longmont area in need of an Oral Surgery Dental Assistant. Ideal Candidate will have experience in Oral Surgery assisting that INCLUDES IV anesthesia, third molars, dental implants and All on 4 procedures. Great team in a busy practice, where we pride ourselves on our strong work ethic and team work.
Oral Surgery Dental Assistants who have experience working in an Oral Surgeons office are PREFERRED, however candidates with surgical assisting experience, a great attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply . Candidates will have the opportunity to expand their surgical experience and training as we perform a wide variety of OMFS procedures and enjoy teaching.

4 day work week (32 hours )
Oral Surgery Dental Assistants will need to be available to start work between 630 and 745 AM to start the day. A typical day ends at 430 PM with a one hour lunch break.
Travel between offices is required based on needs of the offices especially during other team member's vacations, etc.
An Ideal Oral Surgery Dental Assistant who is eligible for the top end of our pay scale will have:
Extensive experience working in an Oral Surgeon's Office
Excellent attitude and willingness to learn new things regardless of past experience. Attitude and enthusiasm is essential.
Very comfortable assisting IV sedation/ General Anesthesia cases. Comfortable with patient airway management consistent with an Oral Surgeon's practice.
Experience working in a sterile surgical environment
CPR/BLS Certification
DAANCE Certified preferred
Enjoy a fast paced practice and able to multitask well
A vehicle for transportation to and from offices

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
