We are a privately owned, small general dentistry practice located in Boulder Looking for an experienced and friendly Dental Hygienist to join our team. The right applicant should be fun, professional, dependable and have at least 3 years of Dental Hygienist experience — we are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and help grow our private practice into something great.
We are a completely digital office with 3 other full time staff including the dentist, office manager and lead assistant. Our Ideal Dental Hygienist will have the following training and qualifications
2-3 year experiance
Active Colorado Dental Hygiene License mandatory
Licensed in administering nitrous oxide and local anesthetics mandatory
Current and active CPR/BLS Certification a plus
Ability to Reliably commute to Gunbarrel area of Boulder, CO
The Dental Hygienist should have a strong knowledge of oral health and the ability to educate in a kind manner
We need a Dental Hygienist that has a Team-based attitude, willingness to cooperate and pitch in in other areas when they are needed
As a Dental Hygienist you must be competent in digital x-rays, digital perio charting, accurate probing measurments, typing 50+ WPM and navigating computer software
The Dental Hygienist must have a solid knowledge of prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal disease diagnosing and treatment
The Dental Hygienist must be willing and able to complete fluoride and sealant application on patients
The Dental Hygienist is responsible for upkeep, maintiance and sterilizing dental instruments
The Dental Hygienist is resposible for taking health histories, maintaining medical records, scheduling appointments and taking patient payments in the absense of front office staff
Our Dental Hygienist should be able to reasonably commit to our regular office hours of T, Th, F from 8:30am-6:00pm and be able to arrive 15 minutes before their first patient.
Compensation will be based on experience.
We are offering paid working interviews for select candidates at a rate of $45 per hour.
