Under the Sun Pub & PIzza is hiring a Head Chef. Under the Sun is part of the Mountain Sun Pub family of restaurants.
Under the Sun features a more elevated menu with wood-fired pizzas, entrees, gourmet salads, and Mountain Sun's famous burgers and fries.
The Head Chef will have creative freedom to add entree and appetizer specials using a forno bravo wood fired oven and a large cook line.
Experience is helpful, but you must seek full-time employment and be available full-time for the next six months.

We work with a team approach and a generous hourly wage (starting $18.29) plus tips.
Salary starts at $65,000 to $85,000
Benefits include 15 days vacation, 6 Day so of Sick Pay, cell phone reimbursements and fuel reimbursements.
