Babettes Artisan Bread in Longmont, CO is looking for an experienced full-time pastry cook to join our dedicated team Wednesdays through Sundays. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the science of creating incredible viennoiserie items and is motivated, proactive and takes initiative. We are looking for someone who is a strong team player, fast and efficient, as well as hard-working and takes notes.
We are looking for someone with experience to;
-Work quickly and efficiently
-Laminate
-Prepare consistent pastries with detail and attention to methods and techniques
-Learn and master the techniques we demonstrate (take good notes!)
-Work clean and effectively
-Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment understanding
-Wednesday through Sundays morning shifts
-Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
-Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
-Experience to be demonstrated before being hired
-Highly adaptable to various situations and stress levels
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Pay is an average of $24/hr based on experience and a whole house tip pool, DOE.
