We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented chef to join our team at Eat 100 Foods! Our culture is ego-free, teamwork-driven, and focused on healthy, sustainable, and organic scratch cooking.
Hours: Sunday & Monday, approx. 9 AM – 3 PM
Pay: Starting at $20 hour
Expected Hours: 10-15 per week
About the Role:
You’ll be creating custom, high-quality meals for our meal delivery clients and catering services. We focus on farm-to-table, organic, and special dietary needs—so experience in these areas (or a willingness to learn) is essential. Our menus change weekly and are fully customized, so we need a chef who is comfortable working without strict recipes and loves being creative with ingredients and flavors.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all client dietary needs are met (allergies, ingredient substitutions, etc.).
Assist in menu planning and food preparation with a high attention to detail.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen with minimal supervision.
Help manage inventory, check in vendor products, and control food costs.
Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including quarterly deep cleaning.
Maintain high presentation standards—our clients expect the best!
Assist with delivering meals to clients as needed.
Work collaboratively to create a fun, efficient kitchen environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience.
Strong knife skills, ingredient substitution knowledge, and food safety expertise.
Experience with farm-to-table, organic, and special dietary needs cooking.
Ability to adapt to changing menus and client preferences every week.
Someone calm under pressure, who works efficiently and independently.
A great communicator with basic computer skills (smartphones, printers, etc.).
Positive, high-energy, and 12 steps ahead in the kitchen!
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with high-end clientele and personalized meal services.
Have catering experience and a knack for creative, gourmet food.
