A Hotel Boulderado Night Auditor will run the hotel during the hours of 11 PM to 7 AM operating as front desk, bellmen, valet, security, housekeeping and maintenance in addition to balancing the financial transactions of the day. You’ll be expected to multi-task and display organizational skills with exceptional customer service. Hospitality/customer service experience is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Checking in and checking out hotel guests through hotel computer system
-Meet guest requests and needs
-Prepare folios and billing statements for departing guests
-Answers incoming phone calls
-Make new or modify existing hotel room reservations
-Perform nightly audit of the hotel guest ledger
-Assisting guests with their luggage
-Pulling and parking guest vehicles
-Other projects as assigned
Education, Experience, & Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Previous hotel experience preferred
-Must have weekend availability
-Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record
-Adequate driving ability skills including: being able to drive both standard and manual transmission vehicles, parallel park, and parking in confined spaces
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs
