Line Cook with grill experience, Nights 3 nights, preferably both Friday and Saturday with one more night Tuesday thru Thursday. Starting time can be between 3: Pm to 4:30 PM based on your availability and hours desired. Closing times are approximately 9:30 PM Tuesday to Thursday, 10:30-11{PM Frid. and Sat.

Business is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

A starting bonus of $500 will be paid on 1st check; Details discussed at interview

We are looking for:

1-2 years previous line experience with some grill experience

Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant

Motivated people

Availability Friday and Saturday Nights

Great work ethic and team players

Food Safety Trained and works clean

Willing to learn and is a great listener

Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a very fast-paced environment

All applicants will need to have experience on the grill and basic knowledge of the kitchen (i.e., knife skills, proper food handling techniques), and MUST be willing to work in a CLEAN, fast paced, and efficient environment.
