Looking for an experienced kitchen manager. Must be available to work mornings and nights, and have open availability on the weekends. Must have previous management experience. This is a salaried position. Must have very good knife skills, knowledge of recipe development, ordering and inventory, food cost, and managing a kitchen staff. This position will answer directly to the Executive Chef and be in charge of daily operations.
