Via Toscana is a fine dining, well established restaurant in Louisville conveniently located right off of Highway 36. We are open dinner only - Tuesday through Saturday.
Friday and Saturday availability is required of all staff.
Host Staff/Back Waits: demonstrated ability to organize and perform well under pressure while maintaining a professional and friendly disposition. Previous restaurant experience not required. Typical pay averages $18-$25/hr depending on capability
All staff are required to be available during key periods including CU graduation weekend (5/7-5/10), 2/14 (Valentine's Day), Christmas Eve (12/24), New Years Eve (12/31) and Restaurant Week (Early March) are required of all staff. We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
