New food truck needs staff to start immediately. Training and events start the first week of July. Yes, that means there is a BIG event on July 4th and availability is necessary. Our calendar is still filling up, but generally, the work days will be Wednesday-Sunday, so evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a must.
Since we are new, there will be opportunities to help put systems into place, recipes down on paper, create opening and closing lists, learn about the business, etc. Need people who can and are willing to learn quickly and adapt to changes. I don't have time to micromanage, so I expect everyone to be in control of their assigned duties, finish them to completion and follow all health codes. Looking for team players who can help lift this business up into success, take pride in their work, have fun while doing so and be around for the long haul.
