We are looking for an Experienced Grill Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. They will have experience in a commercial kitchen environment and are familiar with safety and kitchen tool operations and protocols.
We encourage creative input and are constantly working as a team to produce better and better results. Responsibilities include preparing and grilling a variety of meats, vegetables, and other items according to customer orders, ensuring that all food is cooked to the correct temperature, and keeping the cook area clean and organized. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and will be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and instructions.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor food temperatures to ensure food safety.
Ensure that all food is cooked to the proper temperature.
Ensure that all food is stored properly and in accordance with health regulations.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Create Entree Special twice per week, any style

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
