Big Daddy Bagels in Longmont, CO is looking for one full time baker to join our team. We are located on 1940 Ionosphere Dr. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Bagel baking experience is a plus and we are looking to start training someone right away.

Responsibilities
Weigh and measure ingredients
Mix and blend batters
Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
Complete morning make
Prepare and maintain inventory
Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Meet dough production needs
Be an early riser (the shift started between 2 and 3 am)
Qualifications
Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
Experience as a Baker a plus
Reliable transportation
sense of urgency and reliability
This is a labor intensive job and will require you to be able to lift 50lbs.
