Beef Dehydrator / Processor Task

We are a growing meat-based food bar company, specializing in beef powder as a key ingredient. Currently, we dehydrate and powderize raw ground beef in-house, but as our business expands, we're seeking a USDA-certified facility or processor to handle this task. We require processing of approximately 2,500 pounds of wet ground beef every three months (and looking to grow over the next years), including dehydration and milling to our specifications. The end product should be large bags (25-50 pounds each) of beef powder. If your facility can accommodate this project, please get in touch.
