Colorado Club, a new concept of Half Eaten Cookie Hospitality is looking for aservers and bartenders who are excited about current food and beverage trends to join our team. Ideally this position would work a minimum of 3 bar shifts per week with 1 or 2 serving shifts. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic and organizational skills, warm hospitable demeanor and present themselves well. We are looking for motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast- paced knowledge-based environment with high attention to detail. The basic requirements are that you can adapt to, and overcome, the daily curveballs of working in hospitality and that you usea sense of urgency,anticipation, and awareness to create exceptional experiences for guests. Drink recipes and techniques can be learned, your positive attitude and everstriving mentality is what's most important to us.

FOH staff is responsible for, but not limited to:
Handling money
Following existing opening, closing, and cleaning SOPs
Extensive knowledge of all food and beverage menus
Ensuring cleanliness
Warm and engaging guest interaction and service
The ideal candidates fit the following criteria:
Able to work well as part of a team
Able to stand and work on their feet for periods up to 8 hours
Classic cocktail basics
Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Strong desire to learn and grown within the industry
Honesty and reliability
Ability to understand and execute excellent steps of service
Good time management, organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Night and weekend availability
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
