This position supports special programming and operations, including but not limited to activity in diversity programs, student mentoring initiatives, and interdisciplinary research centers led by the Graduate School. This position reports to the Director of Finance & Administration and is responsible for providing administrative support with planning and coordinating events, arranging and scheduling travel, managing communications and marketing, collaborating on fiscal and HR matters, and assisting with other operations as needed. In partnership with Grad School staff, ensure successful implementation of activities and operations as assigned.

Coordinate events hosted by the Graduate School as assigned, including scheduling, arranging travel, reserving spaces and catering, renting equipment, and preparing publications and advertising.

Maintain websites, social media, list serves, and other communications as directed, including communications with students, faculty, departments, other CU offices, and external constituents.

Arrange travel for CU affiliates and guests.

Support Director of Finance & Administration in fiscal and HR processes as assigned.
