We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management and Marketing to oversee the performance, operations, and product marketing of a digital discovery platform serving the health and nutrition industry. Reporting to the Vice President of Market Integrity, Informa Health & Nutrition, this role is pivotal in driving product adoption, streamlining processes and achieving business outcomes.The Director will optimize onboarding, enhance operational efficiency, and execute product marketing strategies to foster growth and engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Director will ensure alignment and deliver results that directly impact the product’s success and organizational goals.Role Accountability and Duties:Performance ManagementServe as the business steward of the digital product, aligning it with organizational goals and customer needs.Oversee budget management and contribute to funding decisions.Monitor product KPIs and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and operations.Identify and drive opportunities for optimization and growth in partnership with business teams and external partners.Operations ManagementOversee onboarding processes, ensuring businesses are added with complete and accurate profiles while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Leverage strong data management skills to improve pacing, projections, and data quality.Develop scalable workflows to streamline processes, maintain high standards, and enhance operational efficiency.Product MarketingDevelop and execute product marketing strategies in collaboration with the business marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Use data and market insights to measure effectiveness and refine strategies for improved outcomes.Act as a liaison between product, marketing, partners, and events teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.Drive audience development initiatives to expand reach and engagement.
