Description Job Title: Inside Account ManagerJob Description:We are seeking an eager and committed Inside Account Manager to support our sales team. With 1-2 years of professional experience, the individual will be responsible for assisting in daily sales operations, enhancing B2B relationships, aiding ecommerce functions, and using basic IT sales knowledge. The candidate should be comfortable with data analysis and be motivated to use these skills to boost sales performance.Responsibilities:Support the sales team in managing and expanding B2B channels.Participate in daily sales operations and assist in managing client accounts.Gain further understanding of ecommerce platform management and troubleshoot minor technical and invoicing issues.Use and further develop skills in IT infrastructure sales.Participate in improving internal processes and systems for enhanced operational efficiency.Develop skills in data analysis strategies to monitor and drive sales performance.Requirements:1-2 years of experience in an account management role or related position.Proven ability to work well in a team and understand B2B channels.Familiarity with data analysis and its application to sales strategies.Willingness to learn and improve internal processes and systems.Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry Proficiency in 3M, ADP - Financial Services, and CRM Familiarity with Management System and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Billing Functions Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to use Excel Formulas effectively Experience in Account Management Previous exposure to Inside Sales Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Ability to work with a team and independently when required Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
