Seeking a full-time, live-in nanny/caretaker for our wonderful, curious, fun-loving, and sweet two little girls (15 months and 3 years). Both parents work from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday from home and require someone to nurture and play with the girls during these hours. (Plus one Friday or Saturday evening a month for the occasional date). Job would include light meal prep and an occasional load of laundry for the girls’ clothes/bedding. At least for the first while, Mom would put the baby down for nap (still nursing). Both girls’ naps typically overlap for at least an hour in the afternoons. The girls love to play, read books, do arts/crafts, build, take walks outside, bake, have picnics - you name it!
You would have your own, private room in a beautiful, large house located in the foothills of Boulder- just a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Boulder. The room has a gorgeous view overlooking the valley and the greater Denver area with tons of natural light. It would be your choice whether you’d like us to furnish the room or let you furnish it. The room has a closet, a bathroom, and a small built-in desk. The location is close to hiking trails, mountain biking, and only 40 minutes to El Dora ski resort.
Compensation: full room and board, utilities, plus a $1000/month stipend (equivalent to $37.50/hour). Paid holidays off and two weeks paid vacation per year (mutually arrangeable with parents’ work schedules). We are looking for someone who is engaged, compassionate, and caring and we are open to all ages (including retirees!).
Willing to arrange a trial period to make sure it is a good fit for everyone. Will pay $30/hr during trial period. Looking to have caregiver start during the first two weeks of November.
