Wee Folk Forest Kindergarten is seeking a magical human to teach at our nature-immersion program for ages 2 1/2 to 6. This position starts Monday, July 28, and is a part-time/dedicated substitute teacher position for the remaining 2 weeks of the summer, with the option to substitute teach during the coming school year as well. We are seeking someone with the following skills/attributes:
-Kind and warm with a love for children and; prior, relevant experience with children
-Committed to developing a keen nature awareness and cultivating a love for nature in children
-Fun! With a love for including everyone and creative problem-solving
-Must be masterful with groups of children, helping all to feel successful, with a non-competitive focus
-Must have knowledge of the critical social-emotional development happening for this age group
