Position: Employment Specialist for full-time and part-time opportunities at Wonder Years.
Employment Specialists assist individuals with disabilities to identify their job goals, and then create a plan to achieve them successfully.
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals who believe in diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) is a plus!
Required qualifications include a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a flexible work environment, technological proficiency, a valid driver's license & reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to perform computer operations on Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Email, maintain detailed documentation, records, and reports
Demonstrate skill and desire for working with adults with developmental disabilities
Pass a criminal background check
Possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Willingness and ability to respond to emergencies as they arise
Experience with individuals with an intellectual and/or developmental disability
