Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are looking for a dispatcher and customer service representative to join our team. Prior work in logistics or dispatching is highly desired. We are an established reputable messenger/courier/logistics company for over 30 yrs along the front range. The Call/Dispatch center is located in Boulder County. Hours are 9am-4pm M-F

Responsibilities and Duties -Communication with couriers, customer service reps, and customers is vital throughout the day.
Assisting with incoming customer calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs
Speak with drivers and other CSR’s to coordinate deliveries.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Processing web orders
Qualifications and Skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CSR systems and practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree
